Return Policy & Shipping Information
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We gladly accept returns. We understand that sometimes the item is not exactly what you wanted after it arrives. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return the item within 7 days from receipt of purchase for a full refund of the products price. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to and from their location. Of course, if an incorrect item was shipped Lido will pay for the shipping charges back to our location.
