We usually process orders within one to three business day(s). In some cases an item may be back ordered. If that is the case, we will e-mail you with that information, and ship the item as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.

All orders in California are charged Sales Tax which is not reflected in the shopping cart and will be added to your order if we are shipping to California.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We gladly accept returns. We understand that sometimes the item is not exactly what you wanted after it arrives. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return the item within 7 days from receipt of purchase for a full refund of the products price. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to and from their location. Of course, if an incorrect item was shipped Lido will pay for the shipping charges back to our location.
